Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the RovexSpace mobile application, website, or APIs (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility & User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to enter into binding agreements. When creating an account, you agree to provide true, accurate, and current information.

Role-Based Responsibilities:

• Landlords & Property Managers: Warrant that they hold legal title or valid authority to market, lease, and manage listed properties and venues.
• Tenants: Warrant that all KYC identity credentials, income information, and rental applications submitted are truthful.
• Legal Practitioners: Must provide valid accredited bar license credentials to offer contract mediation, drafting, and dispute resolution services.
• Vendors & Artisans: Warrant that their business licensing, services, and pricing meet statutory industry standards.

3. Property & Venue Listings

All listings must feature accurate descriptions, genuine photographs, transparent pricing, and correct availability schedules. RovexSpace reserves the right to review, unpublish, or delete any listing that violates our community standards, contains misleading information, or lacks verifiable ownership documentation.

4. Digital Contracts & Electronic Signatures

The Platform facilitates the generation and execution of digital tenancy agreements and lease contracts. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Electronic signatures executed within the app carry the same legal weight and enforceability as physical handwritten signatures under applicable electronic transaction legislation.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing all contract clauses, deposit stipulations, and covenants before executing digital signatures.

5. Billing, Invoices & Escrow Payments

All payments processed through the Platform (including rent, security deposits, maintenance fees, and service bookings) are governed by our payment processing terms:

• Payments are processed using PCI-DSS compliant licensed payment gateways.
• Where escrow is enabled, funds are held securely until agreed property access or service completion milestones are validated.
• Service fees, platform commissions, and applicable transaction charges are disclosed prior to transaction confirmation.

6. Dispute Mediation & Support

In the event of a dispute arising from a lease agreement, deposit refund, or maintenance failure, users are encouraged to utilize our in-platform dispute filing and legal practitioner mediation services prior to initiating formal external litigation.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Post fraudulent, misleading, offensive, or counterfeit property listings.
• Attempt to circumvent the platform’s security, reverse engineer the application, or scrape listing data.
• Engage in harassment, abusive messaging, or unlawful discrimination against any user.

8. Limitation of Liability

RovexSpace operates as a technology platform connecting property owners, tenants, legal practitioners, and service vendors. We are not a direct party to lease contracts entered into between users, nor do we act as property insurers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RovexSpace shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform use.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of updated terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
